未来车轮的发展方向将是轻量化、高平衡性和高强韧性等方面的研究。铝合金车轮是“轻量化”、“高速化”、“现代化”的产物,铝合金车轮不仅美观,而且还具有质量轻、节能、散热好、耐腐蚀等特点。现行工厂铝合金车轮热处理工艺规范为:固熔处理(5 3 5±5)℃,保温3-4小时,淬火介质为水,温度为6 0度,淬火持续时间小于1 5秒;时效处理(1 4 0±5)℃,保温3-4小时。具体工艺根据规格大小和热处理设备不同作适当调整。一直以来,热处理工艺参数不正确,铸件经热处理后出现力学性能不合格、过烧、变形和开裂等缺陷,问题原因主要有:
