从二百二十个烟叶样品主要化学成分分析的数据中,随机抽取八十八个进行主要化学成分含量之间的相关分析,结果是烟叶中全氮含量与蛋白质、非蛋白态氮、烟碱含量均呈线性正相关;与总糖及可溶性糖含量呈线性负相关,相关系数分别为0.6910、0.9027、0.5032及-0.5305、-0.6366,均超过1‰显著水平。将全氮含量与非蛋白态氮、蛋白质、烟碱及总糖含量之间进行多元回归分析,其相关系数为0.9999。烟叶非蛋白态氮含量占不同全氮含量的比率及通径分析表明,非蛋白态氮含量与全氮含量之间的直接作用占主导地位。氮肥用量过多,烟叶中全氮含量增加,非蛋白态氮含量显著增加,是影响烟叶品质的重要原因。
From the analysis of the main chemical components of 220 tobacco samples, 88 samples were randomly selected for correlation analysis of the main chemical components. The results showed that there was no significant difference between total nitrogen content in tobacco leaves and protein, non-protein nitrogen, nicotine The content of total sugar and soluble sugar had a linear negative correlation with the correlation coefficients of 0.6910, 0.9027, 0.5032 and -0.5305, -0.6366, respectively, all exceeding the significant level of 1 ‰. Multiple regression analysis between total nitrogen content and non-protein nitrogen, protein, nicotine and total sugar content showed a correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The ratio and path analysis of non-protein nitrogen content of tobacco leaves to different total nitrogen contents showed that the direct role of non-protein nitrogen content and total nitrogen content dominates. Too much nitrogen fertilizer, total nitrogen content in tobacco increased, non-protein nitrogen content increased significantly, is an important reason for affecting the quality of tobacco.
