朱永慎、嵇田撰文指出:在建立社会主义市场经济体制的历史性转变中,肩负着加强党的建设重任的组工干部,必须强化以下“四种意识”:一是要强化竞争意识。随着我国市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善,组织工作将面临许多新情况和新问题。组工干部只有具有强烈的竞争意识,才能在事业上积极进取,迎着困难上,使组织工作实现为经济建设服务的目的,使大批适应市场经济需要的人才脱颖而出,使党的战斗力不断增强。
Zhu Yongshu and Tian wrote that in the historical transformation of establishing a socialist market economic system, the cadres who are responsible for strengthening the party’s task of building up must strengthen the following four kinds of awareness: First, we must strengthen the sense of competition. With the gradual establishment and improvement of the market economy system in our country, many new situations and problems will be faced in the organization of the work. Only with a strong sense of competition can the cadres in group work cadres be able to make aggressive progress in their careers and meet the difficulties so that their organizational work can serve the purpose of economic construction so that a large number of qualified personnel meeting the needs of the market economy will emerge and the party’s combat effectiveness will continue to grow.
