设计实训是贯穿艺术设计类人才培养始终的重要教学环节,是构成该类专业教学特征的要素之一,是维系学生能力培养及实现个性化发展的手段与途径。本文以艺术设计类专业的实训教学为出发点,阐述了该类专业人才培养进程中课程体系、能力体系与培养目标之间的关系,同时也就如何构建调和三者关系的实训教学体系及需要解决的主要问题进行了论述,并期望通过实训教学体系的构建引发各个教学环节的改变,以实现艺术设计人才培养的更高目标。
Design and training is an important teaching link that runs through art and design talent training. It is one of the elements that constitute the teaching characteristics of such majors. It is a means and way of maintaining students’ ability and personalizing development. Based on practical teaching of art design specialty, this paper expounds the relationship between curriculum system, competency system and training objectives in the process of cultivating such professional talents. At the same time, it also discusses how to construct a practical teaching system that can reconcile the three relations and The main problems to be solved are discussed, and it is hoped that the construction of practical teaching system will lead to the change of all teaching links so as to achieve the higher goal of art design talents training.
