“不是不想来东北投资,而是对东北的投资软环境没有信心。” 这是2003年末在沈阳举行的一次企业家座谈会上,全国诸多的民营企业家倒出来的积存已久的苦水。沈阳市铁西区作为东北的一部分自然也包括在内。
“It is not that we do not want to invest in the northeast, but we do not have confidence in the soft environment for investment in the northeast.” This is the accumulated long-standing bitter water poured out by many private entrepreneurs across the country at an entrepreneurial forum held in Shenyang in late 2003. The Tiexi District of Shenyang City is also included as part of the Northeast.
