西伯利亚与远东人烟稀少地区的后备森林是当前苏联森林资源调查与及时提供经济信息所面临的一个突出问题。随着航空与航天技术的不断发展以及数理统计方法的引入,为解决上述问题就有了新的方案——分层、多阶抽样回归估测。
Reserve forests in Siberia and the sparsely populated areas of the Far East are a prominent issue facing the current Soviet forest resources investigation and the timely provision of economic information. With the continuous development of aviation and space technology and the introduction of mathematical statistics, there is a new solution to the above problems - hierarchical and multi-stage sampling regression estimation.
