探讨短声诱发听性脑干反应(ABR)和听性稳态反应(ASSR)对噪声聋客观听阈评估中的意义,对噪声聋组(66耳)及对照组(40耳)分别进行纯音听阈、ABR、ASSR测试,分别将后两者的反应阈与纯音听阈进行分析。短声ABR与3000Hz、4000Hz、6000Hz纯音听阈相关性较好;对照组ASSR反应阈与低频(250,500Hz)相关性好(P>0.05);噪声聋组ASSR反应阈与各频率纯音听阈均有相关性(P>0.05),仅2000Hz处相关性较差。结果提示ASSR具有较好的频率特异性,具有客观评估噪声性聋及鉴定伪聋的应用价值。
To investigate the significance of auditory brainstem response (ABR) and auditory steady-state response (ASSR) in assessment of objective hearing threshold of noise-deaf patients by using short audio-induced auditory brainstem response (ABR) and hearing loss (ASSR) , ABR, ASSR test, respectively, the latter two reaction threshold and pure tone threshold analysis. The relationship between ASSR threshold and low-frequency (250, 500Hz) was good in the control group (P> 0.05). The ASSR threshold of the hearing-impaired group was correlated with pure-tone threshold (P> 0.05), only poor correlation at 2000 Hz. The results suggest that ASSR has a good frequency specificity, with objective assessment of noise-induced deafness and identification of false deaf value.
