目的分析个案管理对提高乳腺癌患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取我院于2016年9月~2016年12月共收治的乳腺癌患者(包括手术及化疗的患者)180例作为对照组(给予常规的护理管理方法);于2017年1月~2017年4月共收治的乳腺癌患者(包括手术及化疗的患者)192例作为观察组(给予个案管理护理方法);对两组患者治疗依从性以及满意度进行分析和对比。结果两组治疗总体依从率对比有差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。两组对护理总体满意率有差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。讨论个案管理有利于提高乳腺癌患者治疗的依从率,具备临床推广应用价值。
Objective To analyze the impact of case management on the improvement of treatment compliance in patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 180 breast cancer patients (including patients undergoing surgery and chemotherapy) who were treated in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the control group (given conventional nursing management methods); from January 2017 to 2017 A total of 192 breast cancer patients (including patients undergoing surgery and chemotherapy) were enrolled as observation group (case management nursing method) in April. The treatment compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The overall compliance rate of treatment between the two groups was significantly different (P <0.05), with statistical significance. There was a significant difference in overall satisfaction rate between the two groups (P <0.05), which was statistically significant. Discussion Case management is conducive to improving the compliance rate of patients with breast cancer treatment, with clinical application value.
