目的为了解我院女性泌尿生殖道感染者的支原体感染情况及耐药性,旨在指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法使用珠海迪尔生物工程有限公司生产的支原体uu/mh分离培养及药敏试剂盒,对疑似女性泌尿生殖道感染的1092份标本进行检测。检出支原体阳性510份,阳性检出率46.7%,其中单纯uu阳性492份占96.5%,单纯mh阳性18例,占3.5%未检出混合感染的病例。支原体对10种抗菌药物的药敏结果显示:单纯uu对交沙霉素、美满霉素、多西环素敏感性最高,对环丙沙星、红霉素,耐药率最高。单纯mh感染的病例对交沙霉素,美满霉素100%敏感,对环丙沙星,阿奇霉素,红霉素100%耐药,对其余5种抗菌药物50%的敏感。结论我院女性泌尿生殖道支原体感染病例主要以单纯uu感染为主,且支原体感染类型不同,其药敏结果也不相同,临床医生应根据培养及药敏试验结果合理使用抗菌药物。
Objective To understand the mycoplasma infection and drug resistance of female genitourinary tract infection in our hospital, aimed at guiding clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods Mycoplasma uu / mh culture and drug sensitivity kit produced by Zhuhai Deer Bioengineering Co., Ltd. were used to detect 1092 specimens of suspected female genitourinary tract infection. 510 positive mycoplasmas were detected, the positive detection rate was 46.7%, of which 492 were pure uu positive 96.5%, pure mh positive 18, 3.5% were not detected mixed infections. Mycoplasma ten kinds of antibacterial drug susceptibility results show: uu alone josamycin, minocycline, doxycycline highest sensitivity to ciprofloxacin, erythromycin, the highest rate of resistance. Cases of simple mh infection josamycin, minocycline 100% sensitive to ciprofloxacin, azithromycin, erythromycin 100% resistant to the remaining 5 kinds of antimicrobial agents 50% sensitive. Conclusions Mycoplasma genital tract infections in our hospital are mainly uu infection, and the types of mycoplasma infection are different, the drug sensitivity results are not the same, clinicians should be based on the culture and drug sensitivity test results rational use of antimicrobial agents.
