对照观察了中药复方神安康胶囊与舒乐安定治疗肝郁化火证的神经衰弱、焦虑症患者１８２例的临床疗效。结果表明：治疗组１２１例，显效率为７８．５１％；对照组６１例，显效率为６８．８５％，二者间比较无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５），表明神安康胶囊与舒乐安定治疗神经衰弱、焦虑症的疗效相当。通过对肝郁化火主症及焦虑症治疗前后ＳＡＳ分值的变化等观察证明，具疏肝解郁，清心化痰，宁心安神之功的神安康胶囊具有抗焦虑，镇静，催眠，调整中枢神经系统的兴奋和抑制作用，且未发现不良反应，提示可代替舒乐安定用于治疗神经衰弱、焦虑症。
The clinical effects of 182 cases of neurasthenia and anxiety patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine compound Shen An Kang capsule and Shu Leanding in treating liver decomposing fire syndrome were observed. The results showed that: in the treatment group 121 cases, the effective rate was 78.51%; in the control group 61 cases, the apparent efficiency was 68.85%, there was no statistically significant between the two (P>0.05), indicating that Shen An Kang capsules Shule stability treatment of neurasthenia, anxiety is quite effective. Through the observation of changes in SAS scores before and after the treatment of liver decomposing fire syndrome and anxiety, it was proved that Shen An Kang capsule with Shugan Jieyu, Qingxin Huayu, and Ningxin Anshengong has anti-anxiety, sedation, hypnosis and adjustment. Excitatory and inhibitory effects of the central nervous system, and no adverse reactions found, suggesting that instead of Shule stability for the treatment of neurasthenia, anxiety.
