潜艇大气环境质量是保持潜艇战斗力的重要因素之一。目前,我国潜艇的空气净化设备存在能耗高、噪声大、操作温度高等缺点。TiO2光催化技术是近年来新兴的一种净化技术,可快速清除空气中的有害气体,且具有无毒、操作简单、噪声小、能耗低等优点。本文简述了TiO2光催化剂降解有机物的原理,分析了光催化方法净化潜艇空气的可行性,设计了净化潜艇空气的流程,介绍了催化剂载体制作及纳米TiO2负载催化剂载体煅烧方法。
Submarine atmospheric environmental quality is one of the important factors to maintain submarine combat effectiveness. At present, the air purification equipment of our submarine has the disadvantages of high energy consumption, large noise and high operating temperature. TiO2 photocatalysis technology is a new purification technology in recent years, which can quickly remove the harmful gases in the air, and has the advantages of non-toxic, simple operation, low noise and low energy consumption. This paper describes the principle of TiO2 photocatalyst degradation of organic matter, the feasibility of photocatalytic purification of submarine air is analyzed, the process of purifying submarine air is designed, and the catalyst carrier preparation and nano-TiO2 supported catalyst calcination method is introduced.
