目的研究睫状前动脉在眼外肌手术中的意义。方法采用显微解剖方法对３０侧成人睫状前动脉进行观察和测量。结果上、下、内、外睫状前动脉多为２条，各占４６．６７％，６０．００％，５６．６７％，７０．００％。上、下、内、外睫状前动脉起点至角膜缘的距离分别为１３．０２±２．５４ｍｍ，１０．３６±１．４５ｍｍ，１０．６２±２．４２ｍｍ，１３．３２±３．０８ｍｍ。在巩膜表面，睫状前动脉的侧支间存在吻合。睫状前动脉干有静脉与之伴行，静脉条数多于动脉条数。巩膜表面静脉小属支间亦存在吻合。结论眼外肌手术应注意保护睫状前动脉，该动脉受损伤可致眼前节缺血
Objective To study the significance of anterior ciliary artery in extraocular muscle surgery. Methods 30 adult ciliary anterior arteries were observed and measured by microsurgical anatomy. Results The upper, lower, anterior and ciliary anterior artery were mostly two, each accounting for 46.67%, 60.00%, 56.67%, 70.00%. The distance from the anterior ciliary artery to the limbus was 13.02 ± 2.54mm, 10.36 ± 1.45mm, 10.62 ± 2.42mm and 13.32 ± 3.08mm respectively . On the surface of the sclera, there is anastomosis between the lateral branches of the anterior ciliary artery. Anterior ciliary artery with vein associated with the line number of more than the number of arterial. Small scleral surface of the small branches also exist anastomosis. Conclusion extraocular muscle surgery should pay attention to protect the anterior ciliary artery, the artery injury can cause anterior segment ischemia
