The common topic is to combine the tripartite Tightly linked together. From initial attempts to the midst of trials and tribulations, to today’s normalization, it seems to have become an integral part of the maritime community. All three parties to the talks recognized that dialogue has become more important than ever before; that dialogue has become an open and transparent platform for the industrialists to hold discussions; that dialogue has created the conditions for exchanging information and seeking cooperation.
