随着城市化建设进程的加快,不可移动文物受到破坏的可能性就会越来越大,在这样的背景下,如何更好地对文物的价值进行评估,从立法的角度对文物开展保护工作,是文物保护相关部门要考虑的问题。本文立足国内外文物立法保护的情况,结合我国当前不可移动文物保护的现状,对价值的评估和相关立法工作的开展提出了建议。
With the accelerating process of urbanization, the possibility of immovable cultural relics being destroyed will become greater and greater. Under this background, how to evaluate the value of cultural relics better and protect cultural relics from the perspective of legislation , Is the relevant department of cultural relics protection issues to be considered. Based on the situation of the protection of cultural relics at home and abroad, combined with the status quo of the current immovable cultural relics protection in our country, this article puts forward suggestions on the evaluation of the value and the development of related legislation.
