随着近几年来经济的迅猛发展和进步,相关教育部门在教师的培养方面投入了巨大的经济和精力,并且取得了举世瞩目的成绩,尤其是在教师的政治思想素质的提升方面。随着教育事业的快速发展和进步,新时期高校对教师的政治思想素质提出了更高的要求,并且许多高校也采取也相对应的解决对策。本文就新时期教师的政治思想素质的提升策略做了简要的分析和探讨,希望对的教育事业有所帮助。
With the rapid economic development and progress in recent years, the relevant education departments have invested tremendous economic and energetic efforts in the training of teachers and have achieved remarkable achievements in the world, especially in enhancing the quality of teachers’ political thinking. With the rapid development and progress of education, colleges and universities have put forward higher requirements on teachers’ ideological and political qualities in the new era and many colleges and universities have also adopted corresponding solutions. This article briefly analyzes and discusses the promotion strategies of teachers’ political ideology in the new era, hoping to contribute to the education.
