随着商业建筑结构形式的日趋复杂,布置建筑安全出口时应同时考虑建筑内人员安全疏散与地上交通流线组织的需要,布局方案面临越来越多的消防设计难题,而性能化防火设计方法可对不满足国内消防规范的人员疏散难题进行优化设计和火灾风险评估。本文利用FDS模拟软件对某商业建筑的安全出口进行优化设计和火灾风险评估,研究结果表明通过设计“人员疏散缓冲区”的方法可以满足建筑内人员安全疏散的需要。研究结果能够为相关安全出口设计提供方案参考和数据支持。
With the increasingly complex structure of commercial buildings, the layout of building safety exit should also consider the safe evacuation of personnel in the building and the needs of the ground traffic flow line organization, the layout program is facing more and more fire design problems, and performance-based fire prevention design method Optimized design and fire risk assessment for evacuation problems that do not meet the national fire codes. In this paper, FDS simulation software is used to optimize the design and fire risk assessment of the safety exit of a commercial building. The results show that the design of “personnel evacuation buffer zone” can meet the needs of evacuation safety in buildings. The findings provide program references and data support for the design of relevant safety exits.
