关于新闻自由问题,是本刊计划要讨论的问题之一。1989年11月21日至23日,黑龙江省广播电视厅和省广播电视学会主办了一次关于新闻自由和舆论导向的研讨会,我们从省学会选送的26篇论文中,摘编出着重谈新闻自由问题的10篇,现刊登如下,以飨读者。我们希望它能引起更多的讨论,并有不同见解的交锋。在此感谢黑龙江省学会对本刊的支持与协助。
One of the issues that the magazine plans to discuss about freedom of the press. From November 21 to November 23, 1989, the Heilongjiang Provincial Radio and Television Office and the Provincial Radio and Television Institute hosted a symposium on freedom of the press and public opinions. From the 26 papers selected by the provincial academy, we summarized the issues of freedom of the press Ten questions are published as follows to readers.
