研究了28份各小麦材料对生育后期高温胁迫的不同反应。在田间于籽粒灌浆期用塑料简棚遮盖供试材料4d或通过冬播推迟其开花期达到高温胁迫处理目的,最后根据千粒重计算各基因型的感热指数(S)大小评价其对高温的适应性,结果表明基因型之间存在明显不同。通过相关分析证实上述研究方法可作为今后开展耐热(高温)性田间鉴定筛选的简便、有效手段。研究还发现,单株产量和穗粒重与其感热指数均呈显著正相关(r=0.371,0.377),但一些高产品种也具有较强的耐热性。
The different responses of 28 wheat cultivars to high temperature stress during late growth stage were studied.
