大港油田港西明1组油层基本属于未胶结的流砂层,不能用常规的阻挡式防砂办法治理砂害。为此仿效民用水井疏导的办法,采用又阻又疏的综合治理法防砂。此方案由4部分组成:1.选择性地射开部分油层,以减少大部分炮孔被散砂掩埋的严重后果。2.采砂排液。考虑到因油层出砂不至于造成上覆地层的垮塌,一般设计一口井只采砂3~5m~3,转为压裂。3.压裂防砂。4.下筛管砾石充填防砂。1985年10月~1987年9月,用上述方法在5口井上进行了试验,取得施工工艺和有效成功率100%的好效果。
