目的:探讨口腔科种植手术院内感染的控制管理措施,以保证临床医疗安全。方法:以2014~2015年在安吉县中医院口腔科接受口腔种植术的100例患者为研究对象,其中2014年的50例设为对照组,采取常规手术干预;2015年的50例设为观察组,观察组在常规手术干预的基础上加强院内感染控制,对比两组的医院感染发生率。结果:观察组的医院感染率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加强口腔种植手术院内感染的控制,可以明显降低医院感染的发生率。
Objective: To investigate the management and management of nosocomial infections in dental surgery in order to ensure the safety of clinical medical care. Methods: A total of 100 patients undergoing dental implantations in the Department of Stomatology, Anji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2014 to 2015 were selected as the control group. 50 of them were treated as control group in 2014 and were treated by conventional surgery. Fifty patients in 2015 were enrolled as observation group In the observation group, the control of nosocomial infection was strengthened on the basis of routine surgical intervention, and the incidence of nosocomial infection was compared between the two groups. Results: The hospital infection rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: To strengthen the control of nosocomial infections during oral implant surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
