在大众媒介成为大众获取信息主要渠道的时代,主流文化即中国特色社会主义文化的传播工作应积极利用报刊出版、广播影视,以及正在迅猛发展的互联网和手机媒介。从事主流文化传播工作的宣传、教育、管理的部门要密切结合群众需求,结合社会实际,将主流文化的内容进行适应群众特点的通俗化转换,建立重视效果的创作和传播机制,对大众进行主动传播,以形成有助于推动社会健康发展的精神力量。
