三峡升船机贝雷架吊装施工难度大,危险系数高,塔机驾驶作业人员风险认知能力的高低直接关系贝雷架吊装安全。针对贝雷架吊装过程,依据塔机驾驶作业安全技术操作规程,甄选贝雷架吊装的8个代表性危险场景。模糊化处理场景信号值与塔机驾驶作业人员响应值,并通过映射分析构造模糊成员集合,确定命中率和误报率,评测风险认知敏感度和信号响应标准值,定量评估塔机驾驶作业人员风险认知能力。通过3Dmax模拟贝雷架吊装代表性危险场景,对6位塔机驾驶作业人员进行场景试验。结果表明,6人风险认知敏感度位于同一区间,风险认知能力均为中等。编号3,4,5的驾驶作业人员标准值高于优化值,属风险倾向型,需给予针对性培训。
