对某厂Φ２７０×５小型轧机进行了轧制压力实测及轧制力矩的计算，分析了梅花套筒经常破断的原因，并提出了改进措施。实践表明，该措施对消除梅花套筒破断现象效果显著。
The measurement of the rolling pressure and the calculation of the rolling torque of Φ270 × 5 small mill in a factory were carried out. The reasons for the frequent breakage of the plum blossom sleeve were analyzed and the improvement measures were put forward. Practice shows that the measures to eliminate the plum blossom sleeve broken effect is remarkable.
