高新技术产业具有高投入、高风险和高效益等特点,其发展成为一个地区经济发展的引擎,其国际化程度成为衡量一个地区对外开放程度的重要指标。文章结合高新技术产业国际化的相关理论,从国际化意识、国际化层次等方面分析西安高新技术产业国际化过程中现存问题,并从企业、政府和人才等方面提出相关建议。
High-tech industries are characterized by high input, high risk and high efficiency. Their development has become an engine of regional economic development. The degree of internationalization has become an important indicator of the degree of opening to the outside world in a region. This article analyzes the existing problems in the process of internationalization of high and new technology industries in Xi’an from the aspects of international awareness and internationalization based on the theory of internationalization of high and new technology industries. And the relevant suggestions are put forward from the aspects of enterprises, government and talents.
