肩关节周围炎(简称肩周炎)属于中医学中痹证范畴。临床证候是肩部麻木疼痛,并向患肢放射,运动障碍,手臂不能伸曲,故有的中医书又称为“肩凝症”;多由感受风寒而引发,所以亦称“漏肩风”。本病的治疗,应用针灸、按摩的报导不少,用不同方药治疗的亦不乏见。笔者应用《金匮要略》黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗该病十余年,疗效尚好,现简介如下。处方:生黄芪15克桂枝12克杭芍12克大枣12克生姜12克当归12克姜黄12克
