目的探讨30Hz红闪烁光ERG对视网膜色素变性检测的意义。方法对24只视网膜色素变性眼及60只正常眼进行30Hz红闪烁光ERG检测,并比较检测结果,此外对视网膜色素变性眼视力及色觉正常者与异常者进行检测并比较。结果视网膜色素变性眼30Hz红闪烁光ERG平均振幅31.3895±18.9273μV明显低于正常眼101.0250±26.5009μV(P<0O.001),视网膜色素变性视力≤0.9者其30Hz红闪烁光ERG平均振幅23.5167±14.3120μV明显低于视力≥1.0者44.5111±19.0151μV(P<0.001),而视力≥1.0者振幅低于正常眼(P<0.001)。色觉异常者振幅18.9667±9.8416μV低于色觉正常者48.8436±18.1172μV(P<0.001)。结论30Hz红闪烁光ERG检测对原发性视网膜色素变性视锥细胞功能的评价有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the significance of 30Hz red scintigraphy ERG in the detection of retinitis pigmentosa. Methods 24 eyes of 30 patients with retinitis pigmentosa and 60 normal eyes were detected by red fluorescent light at 30Hz. The results were compared with those of normal subjects and normal persons with retinitis pigmentosa. Results The average amplitudes of ERG at 30 Hz red blinking light in the retina pigmented eyes were 31.3895 ± 18.9273μV, which were significantly lower than those of the normal eyes (101.0250 ± 26.5009μV, P0.01). The retinal pigmented degeneration The average amplitude of ERG was 23.5167 ± 14.3120μV, which was significantly lower than 44.5111 ± 19.0151μV (P <0.001), while the amplitude of visual acuity ≥1.0 was lower than that of normal eyes (P <0.001). The amplitude of abnormal color vision was 18.9667 ± 9.8416μV, which was lower than the normal color vision of 48.8436 ± 18.1172μV (P <0.001). Conclusions The 30Hz red light scintigraphy of ERG has certain significance in evaluating the function of cones in primary retinitis pigmentosa.
