选取了5个品种的优质稻样品,模拟了恒温20℃、恒温25℃和常温储藏(20℃~25℃)三个储藏环境,定期检测优质稻胶稠度。结果表明,优质稻胶稠度随储藏时间延长而逐渐下降,温度过低不利于胶稠度的保持,不同品种优质稻下降幅度差别较大。综合考虑,25℃恒温储藏是最有利于优质稻胶稠度保持的储藏条件。
Five high quality rice samples were selected to simulate the three storage environments of constant temperature 20 ℃, constant temperature 25 ℃ and normal temperature (20 ℃ ~ 25 ℃) The results showed that the consistency of high quality rice gluten gradually decreased with the prolongation of storage time. Low temperature was unfavorable to maintain the consistency of the gluten, and the difference of the quality of the high quality rice declined greatly. Taken together, 25 ℃ constant temperature storage is the most conducive to maintain the consistency of high quality rice gum storage conditions.
