云南省第十一届人民代表大会第五次会议于2月11日至16日在昆明举行。会议选举秦光荣为云南省人大常委会主任;选举李纪恒为云南省人民政府省长;选举杨应楠为云南省人大常委会副主任。李纪恒作《政府工作报告》中指出:2011年云南“旅游二次创业扎实推进,新增3个5A级景区,全年接待海内外游客1.67亿人次,旅游总收入超过1300亿元。”2012年要“继续推进旅游二次创业,深化旅游综合改革,加快重大项目建设,实施十类商品、百家企业、千名技师培育工程,壮大旅游商品制造业和旅游购物业,力争旅游总收入达到1450亿元。”面对今年旅游业需再增长150亿元目标,各州市有些什么旅游规划和重大举措,本刊特专访了几位人大代表。
