First, the foreword explosive welding was first observed in 1944 CaH. Some accidental phenomena, such as the combination of wavy interfaces formed by the high-speed collision of artillery shells and armor with the bonding of metal wool and steel mold during explosive forming, have inspired some early researchers to study explosive welding. After a period of research, it finally moved from curiosity in laboratories deemed worthless to admitting its potential value.
