潜油电泵是目前海上油田机采井生产中最重要的人工举升设备,变频控制因其具有起动平稳、保护及时及调产范围宽等优势,成为潜油电泵控制的主要控制技术。由于海洋平台潜油电泵机组与变频控制设备之间存在长电缆、分布电容和电感,变频器采用高频SPWM调制输出电压波会对长电缆和电动机绝缘造成损伤,故必须配置正弦波滤波器方可用于ESP驱动。因此,围绕平台潜油电泵驱动特点和正弦波滤波器设计进行介绍。
Submersible electric pump is the most important artificial lifting equipment in offshore oilfield production well production.
