本文报告我院自1980年3月至1981年6月用腹腔镜进行 Falope 环绝育111例。22例用滤过空气以建立气腹:89例用二氧化碳气体,反应小,恢复也快。绝育时间人流后78例,经后21例,中期妊娠引产后12例。手术均在局麻下进行。绝大多数病人手术顺利。并发症有:输卵管断裂1例,宫颈裂伤1例,腹壁切口感染、裂开、渗血各1例,再孕2例(Falope 环损坏脱落入盆腔和误套在圆韧带上各1例)。作者认为 Falope 环绝育术操作简便,易于掌握,值得推广。
This article reports from our hospital from March 1980 to June 1981 laparoscopic Falope ring sterilization 111 cases. 22 cases with filtered air to establish pneumoperitoneum: 89 cases with carbon dioxide gas, the reaction is small, fast recovery. 78 cases of sterilization after abortion, after 21 cases, 12 cases of induced abortion in the second trimester. Surgery were performed under local anesthesia. The vast majority of patients surgery well. Complications included one case of tubal rupture, one case of cervical laceration, one case of abdominal incision infection, one case of incision and one case of bleeding, and two cases of pregnancy again (Falope ring broke off into pelvis and misdiagnosed in round ligament, respectively) . The author believes that Falope ring sterilization is simple, easy to master and worth promoting.
