适量的运动有益于各年龄组人群的健康。要想通过体育运动来健身,达到良好效果,必须有科学的理论和方法。健身运动处方是指针对健身者本人身体实际情况以处方的形式确定具体健身运动计划和方案,是科学地实施全民健身计划中一项不可缺少的内容。本文采用文献资料法,在综述运动处方概念及发展概况的基础上,探究了运动处方编制的过程、开展过程中存在的问题以及对未来的展望。
