本文主要研究了用回收的转炉煤气作为复合吹炼搅拌气体。所用煤气成分为CO58.9%,CO_218.6%,N_217.5%,其它组分为CH_4,H_2O等。底部搅拌气体供气强度平均为0.27 m~3/(t·min),吹炼终点时,钢中氮含量平均为32 ppm,与LD法相近。在吹炼低碳钢时,煤气搅拌的终渣(Fe)t%比LD法低6.2%。试验证明,只要供气系统装备和操作合理,用转炉煤气作为复吹搅拌气体是可靠的。转炉煤气来源充足、价格低,是很有前途的复吹搅拌气源。
This paper mainly studied the use of converter BOF gas as compound blowing gas. The gas composition of CO58.9%, CO_218.6%, N177%, other components of CH_4, H_2O and so on. The average gas supply intensity of bottom stirring gas was 0.27 m 3 / (t · min). At the end of blowing, the average nitrogen content in steel was 32 ppm, which was close to that of LD method. When blowing low-carbon steel, the final slag (Fe) t% of the gas agitated was 6.2% lower than the LD method. Tests show that as long as the gas supply system equipment and operation is reasonable, the converter gas is used as complex blowing gas is reliable. Convertible gas source sufficient, low prices, is a promising complex blowing gas source.
