目的:评价快速导流杂交法在人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)基因型检测中的应用价值,并探讨其临床意义。方法:对新乡市中心医院妇产科及体检中心送检的1 012例样本全部进行快速导流杂交法HPV基因分型检测。结果:21种HPV基因型中检测到18种,常见的6种基因型为HPV16、18、52、31、33。HPV基因型单一感染为77.6%,多重感染为22.4%。结论:快速导流杂交法可准确进行HPV基因分型,诊断宫颈癌快速敏感,是理想的宫颈癌粗筛分型方法。宫颈癌患者常见HPV基因型的分布既符合亚洲人群的分布规律,又有一定的区域性,为该地区HPV的流行状况及基因疫苗研究提供了实验依据。
Objective: To evaluate the value of rapid diversion hybridization in the detection of human papillomavirus (HPV) genotype and its clinical significance. Methods: A total of 1 012 samples submitted to Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Physical Examination Center of Xinxiang Central Hospital were tested for HPV genotyping by rapid flow-through hybridization. Results: Eighteen species were detected in 21 kinds of HPV genotypes, and six common genotypes were HPV16,18,52,31,33. The single genotype of HPV was 77.6% and multiple infections were 22.4%. Conclusion: Fast flow-through hybridization can accurately genotype HPV and diagnose cervical cancer rapidly and sensitively. It is an ideal screening method for cervical cancer. The distribution of common HPV genotypes in patients with cervical cancer is consistent with the distribution of Asian populations, but also has a certain regional, HPV epidemiology and genetic vaccine research in the area provided an experimental basis.
