以大陆漂移为基础的陆桥说及长距离扩散说重新引起重视是生物地理学研究的两个新趋势.本文综述了这方面的进展,并重点介绍了以陆桥为基础的金虎尾路线、变色龙模式和以“浮岛”为例的长距离扩散.金虎尾路线表明,一些冈瓦纳大陆间断分布的类群可以从南美北部扩散到北美,再通过大西洋陆桥在北美和欧亚之间传播,并从欧亚大陆进入非洲;欧亚起源的类群也可以通过相反的路线进入南美.这条解释泛热带间断分布的重要路线,已经在很多类群中得到了证实,某些中国和南美、非洲间断分布的模式可以通过这条路线解释.变色龙的间断分布是长距离跨海扩散而形成的.近来年对长距离扩散的研究迅速增加,如南美和非洲之间的间断分布的“浮岛”假说.长距离扩散对于理解植物的分布模式乃至流行病的传播都有一定的意义,应在生物地理学研究中给予高度的重视.
Continental Bridge Drift-based Bridge Speaking of the long-distance proliferation of renewed attention is two new trends in biogeography. This article reviews progress in this area and highlights the land bridge-based Golden Tiger Route, the chameleon model and the long-distance diffusion of “floating islands.” The Tiger tribe shows that some of the Gondwanas discontinuous populations can spread from North South America to North America, spread across North America and Eurasia through Atlantic land bridges and enter Africa from Eurasia; groups of Eurasian origin can also Enter South America by the opposite route. This important interpretation of the intermittent distribution of the pan-tropical zone has been confirmed in many taxa and some of the intermittent patterns in China, South America and Africa can be explained by this route. The discontinuous distribution of chameleons is formed by the spread of long distances across the sea. Recent years have seen a rapid increase in the study of long-distance proliferation, such as the intermittent “floating island” hypothesis between South America and Africa. Long-distance diffusion has some significance for understanding the distribution pattern of plants and even the spread of epidemics, and should be given a high priority in biogeography.
