本文研讨了复合轧辊的制造工艺。指出了用离心铸造方法相比于其他方法制造此类轧辊的优点。其优点不仅表现在制造多层毛坯的效果上,还表现在大吨位制品的可能性上。这种大吨位制品的各金属(包括难形变金属)层具有各种不同的可调整厚度比。本文还从历史的演变这一角度探讨了俄罗斯国内冶金企业在制造工艺方面的发展概况。
This article discusses the composite roll manufacturing process. The advantages of making such rolls by centrifugal casting compared to other methods are pointed out. Its advantages lie not only in the effectiveness of producing multi-layered blanks, but also in the possibilities of large tonnage products. Each metal (including hard-to-deform) layer of such a large tonnage article has a variety of different adjustable thickness ratios. This article also explores the development of the domestic metallurgical enterprises in the manufacturing process from the perspective of historical evolution.
