目的 探讨眼部鳞状细胞癌中细胞黏附分子变异体 6 (clusterofdifferentiation 44variant 6 ,CD4 4V6)蛋白表达及与增殖细胞核抗原 (proliferatingcellnuclearantigen ,PCNA)的关系。方法应用链霉亲和素 生物素 过氧化物酶复合物免疫组化法检测 35例眼部鳞状细胞癌、2 0例乳头状瘤和11例正常眼睑皮肤组织标本CD4 4V6蛋白表达。结果 CD4 4V6蛋白在眼部鳞状细胞癌 (squamouscellcarcinoma ,SCC)中的阳性表达率为 6 2 9%(2 2 / 35 ) ,而在乳头状瘤的阳性表达率为 15 0 %(3/ 2 0 ) ,在 11例正常眼睑皮肤组织中均无CD4 4V6蛋白的阳性表达 ;恶性组CD4 4V6蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于良性组(χ2 =11 75 7,P <0 0 1)和正常组 (P =0 0 0 0 1) ,8例淋巴转移的CD4 4V6蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于无转移者 (P =0 0 49) ;CD4 4V6蛋白的阳性表达组其PCNA指数明显高于阴性表达组 ,差异有非常显著性(t=2 0 2 1,P <0 0 1)。结论 CD4 4V6分子可能与眼部鳞状细胞癌的恶性表型、浸润及转移有关 ,CD4 4V6与PCNA蛋白的阳性表达呈正相关 ,两者同时检测可能对判定患者预后有临床参考价值。
Objective To investigate the protein expression of cluster 4 and its relationship with proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in ocular squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Methods The expression of CD4 4V6 protein in 35 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the eye, 20 cases of papilloma and 11 cases of normal eyelid skin specimens were detected by streptavidin biotin peroxidase complex immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of CD4 4V6 protein in squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) was 62.9% (2/35), while it was 15 0% (3/2) in papillary tumors 0). No positive expression of CD4 4V6 protein was found in 11 cases of normal eyelid skin. The positive rate of CD4 4V6 protein in malignant group was significantly higher than that in benign group (χ2 = 11 757, P <0.01) and normal group (P = 0.00001). The positive rates of CD4 (4) V6 protein in 8 cases with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those without metastasis (P = 0 0 49). The positive rate of PCNA in CD4 4V6 protein was significantly higher than negative The difference was significant (t = 2021, P <0.01). Conclusion CD4 4V6 may be associated with the malignant phenotype, invasion and metastasis of squamous cell carcinoma of the eye. The positive expression of CD4 4V6 and PCNA protein may be correlated with the expression of CD4 4V6 protein. The simultaneous detection of CD4 4V6 and MMP4 may have clinical value in determining the prognosis of patients.
