夹江县歇马乡幸福村,离县城40多公里,是一个边远偏僻的小山村。近年来,在村党支部书记张开福和支部一班人的带领下,全村党员、干部和群众苦干实干,使这个贫穷落后的山村一跃成了名副其实的幸福村。1998年,全村人均纯收入2834元,村集体经济纯收入16万元,跨入了小康村的行列。张开福本人也被乐山市委和县委评为“农村好支书”和“优秀村党支部书记”。
Jiajiang County Shema Township happy village, more than 40 kilometers from the county seat, is a remote remote small village.
