研究玉米须多糖的化学成分及免疫活性,利用系统提取分离方法,得到玉米须粗多糖(CSCP),利用高效液相和气相色谱对CSCP的分子质量分布及单糖组成进行分析;通过小鼠体外脾细胞增殖对CSCP进行免疫活性研究。结果显示:CSCP中77.5%的多糖分子质量分布于1.0×105~5.0×105之间;CSCP的单糖组成为鼠李糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖,其摩尔比为1.00∶1.36∶1.30∶0.66∶2.52∶1.60,其中葡萄糖所占比例最大;CSCP能够明显刺激小鼠脾细胞增殖,并呈现一定的量效关系。
The chemical constituents and immunological activities of corn silk polysaccharides were studied. The CSCP was obtained by systematic extraction and separation. The molecular mass distribution and monosaccharide composition of CSCP were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography. Spleen Cell Proliferation Study on Immunocompetence of CSCP. The results showed that the molecular mass of 77.5% polysaccharides in CSCP ranged from 1.0 × 105 to 5.0 × 105. The monosaccharide composition of CSCP was rhamnose, xylose, arabinose, mannose, glucose and galactose. The molar ratio 1.00: 1.36: 1.30: 0.66: 2.52: 1.60, of which glucose accounted for the largest proportion; CSCP could significantly stimulate the proliferation of mouse spleen cells, and showed a certain dose-effect relationship.
