1999年3月,武钢诞生了全国首位“值班厂长”,从此,受到了中央电视台、《工人日报》等国家新闻媒体的关注,在全国产生了强烈的反响。武钢工会在党委副书记兼工会主席樊政炜、第一副主席牛龙的领导下,深入基层,调查研究,创造性地推行了这一新的制度。最近,武钢工会又重新修订了《关于实行值班厂长(经理)的指导意见》,对值班厂长的角色界定、任职条件、主要职责和工作待遇等方面都予以规范,使这一制度更为完善。到目前为止,武钢下属的93个单位有44家实行了值班厂长制度,全公司已有312名职工代表担任了值班厂长。窥一斑可观全豹。下面,还是让我们将镜头对准武钢冷轧厂吧!
