本文通过对高校培养学生篮球裁判员的相关研究分析后发现：高校在培养学生篮球裁判员上具有专业师资队伍、设施完善、实践机会多等优势；同时也存在缺乏专门的培养模式、对学生实践锻炼不重视、学生身体素质差等不足。针对高校培养学生篮球裁判员的优势和问题,本文从基本技能、道德素质、身体素质和心里素质等方面提出了培养学生篮球裁判员的途径、方法和建议。
This article through the research on college basketball referee training students found that: colleges and universities in the training of basketball referees have a professional faculty, facilities, practice opportunities and more advantages; there are also a lack of specialized training mode, the practice of students Do not pay attention to exercise, the poor physical quality of students and so on.
