“中高衔接、岗课对接的五段式”中职护理专业教学模式是符合现代“3+2”职教的新模式,即学生入校后的学习分为“夯基础、提兴趣—医学基础课程学习—岗位课程学习—岗位实习—考证升高”五个阶段的专业学习。在专业课程设置上科学统筹安排,与高职课程相衔接;在专业教学设计上采用岗课对接方式,重视学生职业岗位工作能力的培养,同时加强学生文化基础课程的学习,即文化素质+职业技能的学习,让学生毕业后就业有能力、升学有基础。
