我国橡胶助剂工业自1952年诞生以来,经过63年的发展,尤其是近10多年的快速发展,经历了产品结构调整、清洁生产工艺的开发,以及产业化、规模化、集约化程度的大幅提高。目前已形成了包括硫化剂、促进剂、防老剂、加工型助剂和特种功能性助剂及其他助剂6大类数百个品种的完整的工业体系。“十二五”末助剂产量达113万吨,超过了世界橡胶助剂生产总量的70%,产品产量、技术进步都已经进入世界橡胶助剂工业大国的行列。
Since its establishment in 1952, the rubber chemicals industry in our country has undergone rapid development after 63 years of development, especially in the past 10 years. It experienced structural adjustment of products, development of cleaner production technology, and large-scale industrialization, large-scale and intensive improve. At present, it has formed a complete industrial system including hundreds of varieties of six major categories of curing agents, accelerators, anti-aging agents, processing auxiliaries, special functional auxiliaries and other auxiliary agents. “Twelve-Five ” end additive production reached 1.13 million tons, more than 70% of the world’s rubber chemicals production, product output, technological progress have entered the ranks of the world’s major rubber chemicals industry.
