高职院校学生学习压力小,有共同兴趣、共同爱好、共同特长的学生喜欢组建社团,乐于参与社团活动。社团对大学生发展起到非常重要的作用,如创新、实践、交际和管理能力等。这些能力在课堂教学中得到锻炼的机会不多。学生社团开展各种活动,能够让学生更早的接触社会,更好的了解自我和社会,树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。因此,对学生社团的管理进行探讨对于促进学生素质全面发展具有非常重要的作用。
Students in vocational colleges have less learning pressure, students with common interests, common hobbies and common specialties like to form associations and are willing to participate in association activities. Societies play a very important role in the development of college students, such as innovation, practice, communication and management skills. There is not much chance that these abilities will be tempered in class teaching. Student associations carry out various activities to enable students to reach out to the community earlier, better understand themselves and society, and establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. Therefore, to explore the management of student associations plays an important role in promoting the overall development of students’ quality.
