高等职业院校承担着培养具有创新能力的高技能人才的任务。目前,创新创业的大力推进以及互联网+的快速发展对高等职业教育课程体系建设提出了新要求,成为各高等职业院校的新挑战。各高等职业院校积极响应社会需求,对现有的人才培养方案进行积极探索改革。通过此研究,希望在高职院校市场营销专业推行订单式培养,探索产教融合、工学结合、任务驱动等可以提升学生职业能力的教学模式,全面深化以创新创业和职业性为指向的课程体系和教学方法的改革,促进学生的全面发展。本文在明确市场营销专业核心职业能力课程体系培养目标的基础上,按照“确定专业面对的工作岗位或岗位群——岗位典型工作任务分析——核心职业能力分析——课程体系的确立”的研究思路,积极探究构建市场营销专业课程体系。
Higher vocational colleges bear the task of cultivating highly skilled personnel with innovative abilities. At present, the vigorous promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship and the rapid development of the Internet have set new requirements for the curriculum system of higher vocational education and become the new challenges of all higher vocational colleges. All higher vocational colleges actively respond to the needs of society and actively explore reforms in the existing personnel training programs. Through this study, I hope to promote the development of order-based marketing in higher vocational colleges and to explore teaching modes that combine production and teaching, work-study integration and task-driven teaching so as to enhance students’ professional abilities and deepen the curriculum that is oriented by innovation, entrepreneurship and occupation System and teaching methods to promote the all-round development of students. On the basis of defining the training target of the curriculum system of core professional competency of marketing specialty, this paper determines the job or post group that the professional faces - the analysis of typical job tasks of the post - the analysis of core competence - the establishment of the curriculum system "Research ideas, and actively explore the construction of a marketing professional course system.
