本文应用原子吸收及扫描电镜法对接触铁尘作业工人肺组织内元素进行了分析。结果表明,肺组织中铁元素含量明显增高,且与生产环境中的沉降尘主要成分一致;扫描电镜见到FeKαX射线波峰明显,面分析图像见到铁元素的特征呈聚集状,与降尘的面分析图像基本一致,说明降尘中的铁与肺组织中的铁密切相关。
In this paper, atomic absorption and scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the elements in the lungs of workers exposed to iron dust. The results showed that the content of iron in lung tissue was significantly increased, which was consistent with the main components of sedimentation dust in production environment. The peak of FeKα X-ray was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The surface features of iron element were aggregated, The images are basically the same, indicating that iron in dustfall is closely related to iron in lung tissue.
