理想是人生的奋斗目标,是中学生前进的动力,是中学生进步的内燃机。中学生有了理想,就会为之奋斗,为之努力,为之拼搏。理想犹如中学生成长过程中的太阳,会驱散他们前进途中的迷雾,照亮前进道路上的路标;又像强劲的东风,能够鼓起中学生前进的风帆,使其乘风破浪,勇往直前。那么,教师如何帮助中学生确立合理、科学的理想呢?如何帮助他们插上理想的翅膀,把理想变为现实呢?
