[目的]探讨壬基酚(NP)90 d染毒对大鼠胰腺组织以及血糖相关激素的影响。[方法]雄性成年SD大鼠32只,隔天灌胃染毒90 d,染毒剂量分别为NP 40、100和250 mg/kg体质量。实验期间定时检测体质量、血糖、每日饮食饮水量。染毒后测血清中胰岛素、己糖激酶以及游离脂肪酸含量;胰腺组织称重并做病理组织学检查;用TUNEL法检测胰腺细胞凋亡程度;计算胰腺脏器系数、胰岛素敏感指数、胰岛素分泌指数。[结果]与对照组比较,NP染毒组大鼠胰腺脏器系数降低(P<0.01),日均饮水量增加(P<0.01),血清胰岛素(P<0.05)、己糖激酶降低(P<0.01),胰岛素敏感指数增高(P<0.01);胰腺胰岛数量及大小均减小,胰腺细胞凋亡无明显变化。[结论]NP亚慢性暴露可损伤大鼠胰腺功能,并对其相关激素产生一定影响。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of nonylphenol (NP) 90 d on pancreatic tissue and blood glucose related hormones in rats. [Methods] Thirty-two adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were gavage for 90 days on the next day. The doses of NP 40, 100 and 250 mg / kg were given respectively. Regular testing during the test body weight, blood glucose, diet daily water intake. The levels of insulin, hexokinase and free fatty acid in the serum were measured after exposure to the virus. Pancreatic tissue was weighed and histopathologically examined. The degree of apoptosis of pancreatic cells was detected by TUNEL method. The indexes of pancreatic organ, insulin sensitivity index, insulin secretion index . [Results] Compared with the control group, the pancreatic organ coefficient of NP-treated rats decreased (P <0.01), the average daily drinking water volume increased (P <0.01), serum insulin <0.01), insulin sensitivity index increased (P <0.01); pancreatic islet number and size were reduced, pancreatic apoptosis did not change significantly. [Conclusion] Chronic exposure to NP can injure the function of pancreas in rats, and have some effects on the related hormones.
