衢州市民政局积极履行保障基本民生、创新社会管理、促进国防建设、强化社会服务等方面的基本职能,不断创新机制、完善制度,努力开创民政工作新局面。2012年以来,率先全省实现社会组织党建全覆盖和低保动态调整,率先全省开展民政项目“互看互学”活动、实施孝文化工程,率先在全省地级市建立民政研究中心等,为加快推进民政事业转型发展进行了积极的探索。
Quzhou Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau actively fulfills the basic functions of guaranteeing basic livelihood, innovating social management, promoting national defense construction and strengthening social services, constantly innovating mechanisms and improving the system so as to create a new situation in civil affairs work. Since 2012, the province has taken the lead in realizing the party-wide coverage of social organizations and the dynamic adjustment of minimum living allowances. The province took the lead in carrying out the civil affairs projects, “mutual-study and mutual learning” activities and the implementation of the filial piety culture project. It took the lead in establishing civil affairs studies in the prefecture- Center, etc., in order to accelerate the transformation and development of civil affairs conducted a positive exploration.
