我国上市公司对外担保中存在的问题是影响我国证券市场能否健康发展的主要因素。它在中国证券市场中是一个持续发展和变化的问题,并时常引发争议。所以规范上市公司担保行为与活动成为了治理我国证券市场的主要目标。本文以ST海龙股份有限公司为例,深入探讨上市公司对外担保的背景、成因及动因,为其他上市公司进行对外担保管理、保护投资者权益方面提供参考依据。
The problems existing in the external guarantee of the listed companies in our country are the main factors affecting the healthy development of the securities market in our country. It is a problem that is constantly evolving and changing in China’s securities market and often leads to controversy. So standardize the guarantee behavior and activities of listed companies has become the main target of our country’s securities market. This article takes ST Hailong Co., Ltd. as an example to deeply study the background, causes and motivation of the listed companies ’external guarantees, and provide references for the other listed companies to carry out external guarantee management and protect investors’ rights and interests.
